Cardio Kickboxing Program Offered at Palm Beach Jiu Jitsu and MMA
Palm Beach Jiu Jitsu and MMA Cardio Kickboxing Program is a great way to learn the basic skills of kickboxing while also participating in a fun and challenge fitness-style workout program that burns lots of calories while achieving a full-body H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) workout.
You will punch, kick and jab your way to being fit while also improving your kickboxing skills and overall physical fitness and physical appearance in a group exercise class setting. Our coaches will motivate and inspire you so that you get the most out of every class. You may come in tried and frustrated but you will definitely leave energized and exhilarated after participating in our cardio kickboxing class!
Our kickboxing studio area has premium heavy bags and proper floor mats (no shoes) and qualified instructors who will teach your proper kickboxing techniques.
